Digital Products (e.g., guides, checklists, templates)

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable. Once your order is completed, you will have immediate access to the product. To ensure your satisfaction, we clearly describe the contents and intended use of each digital product prior to purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you promptly.

Garden Consultations, Garden Designs, Planting Plans, Landscaping, and Installation Services

• Garden Consultations are paid in advance to confirm your appointment.  Please cancel appointments with 48 hours’ notice.  To avoid forfeiture of your prepayment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling within 48 hours there is a $50 fee.

• Garden design plans and planting plans include one modification. Additional modifications are always available for an additional fee.

• Landscaping and installation projects involve advance scheduling, payments in advance, planning, and the reservation of contractor time and materials. Because of these commitments, refunds are not available once work has been scheduled and materials ordered. If a project must be canceled prior to commencement, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, less any costs already incurred. Full details of service agreements, including payment terms, will be outlined in your contract.

• All terms, including our refund policy, are clearly outlined in the contract we create together before work begins. This ensures expectations are clear, agreements are tailored to your project, and you can move forward knowing exactly what to expect.
